- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure that the store is well-maintained and organized for a comfortable shopping experience.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees.
- Train and develop team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper restocking to meet customer demand.

Previous Supervisory Experience In A Retail Environment: A Floor Supervisor At Shoe Carnival Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Effectively.
Knowledge Of Shoe Retail Industry: A Thorough Understanding Of The Shoe Retail Industry Is Essential For A Floor Supervisor At Shoe Carnival. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends, Popular Brands, And Customer Preferences.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Floor Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Sales Associates And Interacting With Customers. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Communicate With Both Employees And Customers.
Ability To Multitask And Prioritize: A Floor Supervisor At Shoe Carnival Must Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks At Once And Prioritize Them Accordingly. This Includes Managing Employee Schedules, Maintaining Inventory Levels, And Ensuring Excellent Customer Service.
