Job Description

Manage due diligence process for prospective acquisitions. Establish and manage development budgets. Maintain and update cash flow forecasts related to all land development operations. Manage contracts and amounts in cost accounting system; manage cost to complete and remaining to spend on daily basis. Maintain allocated development costs; coordinate same with Project Accountant and Finance. Schedule and manage all land development operations. Generate and maintain overall project schedules for complete master plan development. Prepare monthly project status reports. Represent Shea Homes in public forums such as Planning and Zoning hearings, City Council meetings. Engage and manage all consultants related to land development.

Job Qualifications

2-4 years related experience and/or training.
