Loan Processor

The Senior Loan Processor is the main point of contact with the Shea Mortgage Customer from the point of loan approval through funding. The Senior Loan Processor will focus on gathering documentation from the Customer and third parties to meet loan all requirements with a high level of service and quality. Communicate documentation requirements to borrowers and follow up to ensure timely loan receipt of conditions. Order all processing documents in a timely manner and review documents for compliance with company standards. Review DU or LP findings to ensure loan submission matches documentation in file. Review and submit credit and property conditions to Underwriting. Return phone calls and emails to borrowers with 4 hours of receipt. Maintain Loan Notes and Critical Path Report comments to keep other parties informed.
