
HR Coordinator
Process new hire information and input to appropriate systems. Assure all new hire information is forwarded to appropriate systems/departments in a timely manner. Post available jobs on company career site and various job boards; route applicants to hiring managers as necessary. Assist with scheduling of interviews at Central Services and with candidate travel if required. Process background checks and drug screens and report results to hiring managers. Train new managers and employees on certain HR related paperwork/processes. Act as primary contact for DISC assessment and act as division power-user. Update and maintain all existing personnel files. Responsible for collecting, tracking, coding, and forwarding timesheets, time off slips and all payroll related items to corporate. Assist i. n developing human resources policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
Minimum of two years’ experience in an HR support position required; experience in an HR generalist capacity preferred
Knowledge of basic employment laws including EEO, ADA, FLSA, and FMLA a plus
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, progressive environment a must
