Job Description

The function of this position is to ensure the homebuilding process is completed in a prompt, effective, and professional manner while coordinating the start process with Construction, Sales, Design Studio, and TradePartner™s. Assist Field Managers in creating, inputting, and maintaining construction schedules for all communities. Update lot sequence list and/or lot assignment list. Post production schedules to SheaTrades. Track all necessary paperwork to start home (sketch, plot plan, siting plan, addendums, and permit) Proof and post lot starts in JDE. Distribute start packages to Field Managers and post to SheaTrades. Process all construction indirects billing. Input start dates, permit information, and Field Manager information into CMS
