Manage contract review and other projects with in-house attorneys and outside counsel to provide legal support at a high level, including managing deadlines, tracking developments, and escalating issues as appropriate to in-house attorneys. Draft, review, and analyze software licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sale agreements, and other contracts, providing recommendations for and executing revisions in consultation with attorneys.
