Payroll Tax & Accounting Manager

Responsible for oversight of payroll audit/compliance and effectiveness of controls to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of all payroll transactions and reporting. Responsible for tax law research in order to maintain compliance with all federal, multi-state, and local tax jurisdictions and regulations regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures. Oversee audit reports and processes to insure compliance with Company Policies, Federal, State and Local authorities. Responsible for audit/compliance/reporting of state income tax withholding for Phantom Stock and Non-Qualified deferred compensation distributions. Monitor and coordinate changes relating to collective bargaining agreements. Responsible for auditing and approval of Union reporting and remittance.
