Manager, Global Supplier Management

The Manager, Global Supplier Management reports to the Director, Global Supplier Management and is responsible for championing on-going supplier management related initiatives. This starts with operational alignment from contract negotiations, business compliance, and consequence management to targeted strategies driving supplier alignment, value creation, and continuous improvement. Create and support “win-win” supplier relationships. Serve as internal point of contact for supplier management and resolution of issues Utilize monthly metrics and forecasts to quarterly business reviews to hold suppliers accountable to agreed business terms. Act as a sourcing lead in strategic business initiatives to improve profitability, cash flows, and customer satisfaction. Identify supply chain risk and create appropriate contingency plans Create a culture of continuous improvement throughout the supply chain.
