HR Manager Trainee

This position will work on HR projects as assigned by the Director. The candidate will follow a training agenda to learn policy, procedure, safety, security, employment, legal and other employee relations/Human Resources functions as well as more 'in depth' HR Operations functions. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, possess good analytical skills, excellent communication and people skills. (Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
