Job Description

ServiceMaster is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing technical support services to end users and possess a strong understanding of computer systems and networks. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about solving complex technical problems and is eager to stay ahead of emerging technologies. The successful candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills and an outstanding ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of two years’ experience in providing technical support and have a thorough understanding of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and computer peripherals. In addition, the candidate should have a working knowledge of network protocols and concepts, as well as experience with remote access solutions.
