  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets.
  2. Create a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store goals.
  4. Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
  5. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
  8. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is always clean and organized.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and teams to execute company initiatives and promotions.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  11. Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure team members do the same.
  14. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Represent Sephora brand values and maintain a professional image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Retail Experience: A Store Manager At Sephora Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably With A Focus On Beauty Or Cosmetics. This Will Ensure They Have A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, And Inventory Management.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As The Leader Of The Store Team, A Store Manager Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills. This Includes The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Handle Any Conflicts That May Arise.

  • Passion For Makeup And Beauty: Sephora Is A Leading Beauty Retailer, And A Store Manager Should Have A Genuine Passion For Makeup, Skincare, And All Things Beauty. This Will Not Only Help Them Connect With Customers But Also Stay Up-To-Date On Industry Trends And New Product Launches.

  • Proven Sales Record: A Store Manager At Sephora Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
