  4. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement and take necessary action.
  5. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  6. Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets all operational standards.
  7. Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock organization.
  8. Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to implement company-wide initiatives and promotions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor activity to make informed business decisions.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

  12. Manage store expenses and budgets to maximize profitability.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Management: A Qualified Store Manager At Sephora Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Beauty Or Cosmetics Industry.
