  3. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  4. Train store employees on proper security procedures and protocols to prevent theft and other losses.
  5. Regularly review and update security protocols to ensure the safety and security of the store and its merchandise.

  7. Respond quickly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies.
  8. Communicate effectively with store management and corporate teams regarding any security concerns or issues.
  9. Keep accurate and detailed records of all security incidents and investigations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continuously improve the effectiveness of the program.
  11. Act as a role model for store employees by adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor when dealing with potential security threats or difficult situations.
  13. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Work closely with law enforcement and legal teams when necessary.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Loss Prevention Or Investigative Role: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Solid Background In Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment, To Effectively Handle Loss Prevention Investigations At Sephora.
