3. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers by greeting them, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns.
4. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that products are well-stocked and available for customers.
5. Collaborate with the store manager to create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
6. Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
7. Conduct regular checks of the store to maintain cleanliness and organization, making adjustments and delegating tasks as needed.
8. Act as a liaison between team members and management, providing feedback and addressing any issues that may arise.
9. Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends and products to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
10. Work closely with the store manager to schedule and manage employee shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
11. Facilitate and participate in team meetings to discuss sales goals, customer feedback, and store improvements.
12. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
13. Collect and analyze data on sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
14. Uphold the company's standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service at all times.
