1. Oversee daily tasks: The Shift Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.
2. Manage schedules: The Shift Coordinator will be in charge of creating and managing employee schedules, ensuring proper coverage for all shifts and making adjustments as needed.
