12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback to the store management team.
13. Support and participate in company initiatives and events, such as product launches and promotions.
14. Uphold a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the Sephora brand.
15. Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and handle any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
