We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Shift Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. As a Shift Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in leading and motivating our team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our store.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Supervise and motivate a team of customer service and sales associates to provide excellent service to clients.
  3. Set and communicate sales goals to team members, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve these targets.
  4. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed to meet customer demand.
  6. Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a positive and satisfactory resolution.
  8. Conduct regular meetings with team members to provide feedback, address any concerns, and promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  9. Collaborate with other Shift Coordinators and store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring all areas are well-stocked and presentable at all times.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cash handling.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and team members.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing coaching and support as needed.
  14. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members.
  15. Communicate effectively with store management and other team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
