- Develop and implement daily shift schedules for store team members
- Oversee and coordinate tasks and responsibilities for team members during shifts
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure efficient and effective store operations by monitoring and managing inventory levels, product placement, and store cleanliness
- Communicate with store leadership and team members regarding any issues or concerns that arise during shifts
- Monitor and maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards
- Lead by example by providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
- Collaborate with other Shift Coordinators and store leadership to ensure consistency and continuity in operations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety and security protocols
- Handle cash and financial transactions accurately and responsibly
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork and recognizing and addressing any potential conflicts or issues.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.
