  • Create an exceptional shopping experience for clients by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service
  • Train and develop team members on Sephora's products, services, and customer service standards
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by representing Sephora's values and promoting our products and services to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized recommendations and exceptional service
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate and sell Sephora's products
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to provide an optimal shopping experience for clients
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with store management to implement and execute sales and service initiatives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
