  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business goals and increase revenue.
  2. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and service associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  3. Create a positive and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
  4. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with store management to develop and execute promotions and events to promote sales and enhance the customer experience.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to support their growth and development.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients and team members.
  11. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and excellence.
  12. Represent Sephora brand values and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  13. Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by store management.

  • Extensive Customer Service Experience: A Sales And Service Leader At Sephora Must Have A Strong Background In Customer Service, With A Proven Track Record Of Providing Excellent Service And Building Relationships With Customers.

This Requires Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Resolve Conflicts.

  • Sales And Marketing Expertise: The Sales And Service Leader Should Possess Strong Sales And Marketing Skills To Drive Sales And Promote Sephora's Products And Services. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Develop Sales Strategies, And Implement Effective Marketing Campaigns.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: In Order To Effectively Lead A Team And Provide Exceptional Customer Service, The Sales And Service Leader Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers And Team Members, As Well As The Ability To Build Positive Relationships With Both.
