  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer retention.
  3. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  4. Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports on team performance to management.
  5. Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, promotions, and industry trends in order to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by providing a friendly and professional experience.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory, to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales opportunities.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the customer experience through innovative and creative ideas.
  12. Stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitor activities to make strategic business decisions.
  13. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times, both in-store and at external events.
  14. Work closely with store management to develop and implement sales and service initiatives.
  15. Maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with team members to foster a strong and cohesive working environment.
