Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales and Service Leader to join our team. As a Sales and Service Leader, you will play a critical role in driving sales and ensuring our clients have an exceptional shopping experience. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the beauty industry, and a dedication to delivering top-notch customer service.   1. Serve as a brand ambassador for Sephora, embodying the company's values and promoting our mission of providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals and targets.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible experience for clients.
  4. Monitor sales performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance.
  5. Collaborate with other leaders and teams within the store to drive overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to provide knowledgeable and expert guidance to clients and team members.
  7. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients and team members, ensuring that all feel valued and respected.
  8. Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and follow up to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  9. Assist in scheduling and managing staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  10. Help with visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention protocols.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall shopping experience for clients.
  13. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients and inspiring team members to do the same.
  14. Lead by example in promoting and maintaining a positive and professional work culture within the store.
  15. Fulfill any other duties as assigned by store management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Candidate Must Have Demonstrated Experience In Leading And Managing A Team, With The Ability To Motivate And Coach Team Members To Achieve Sales Goals And Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Sales And Customer Service Experience: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales And Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Retail Or Beauty Industry, Is Required For This Position. The Candidate Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales And Delivering Excellent Customer Experiences.

  • Product Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of Sephora's Products And Brands, As Well As The Ability To Educate And Inform Customers On Product Features And Benefits, Is Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Also Have A Passion For Beauty And Makeup.

  • Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills: The Sales And Service Leader Must Be Able To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues Quickly And Effectively. They Should Also Be Able To Make Informed Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Involves Interacting With Customers, Team Members, And Other Departments Within The Company. The Candidate Must Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Others.
