  1. Lead and manage a team of sales and service associates to achieve sales goals and provide top-notch customer service.
  2. Create and implement effective sales strategies to increase store revenue and meet targets.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  5. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and motivation among team members.
  6. Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory management and loss prevention.
  7. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, handling difficult customer situations with professionalism and efficiency.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  9. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  10. Collaborate with store management to execute promotions, events, and other initiatives to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  11. Maintain a high level of knowledge on all Sephora products and services to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  12. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management to ensure smooth store operations.
  13. Foster relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  15. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the sales and service experience for customers.
