  1. Drive sales by meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the latest beauty trends and products to make personalized recommendations to clients.
  4. Train and mentor sales associates on sales techniques and customer service skills.
  5. Lead by example and maintain a strong work ethic to motivate and inspire the team.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.
  9. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in merchandising and restocking products.
  10. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and promotions to accurately represent the brand.
  11. Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
  14. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
