  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet sales targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store sales goals
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
  • Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all beauty products and stay updated on industry trends
  • Ensure store cleanliness and organization to provide a visually appealing shopping environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other store leaders to plan and execute promotions and events
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay updated on Sephora policies and procedures and communicate changes to team members
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales, customer service, and team performance.
