  1. Provide excellent customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience at Sephora.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service to customers.
  3. Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they have a strong understanding of Sephora's products, services, and standards.
  4. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.
  5. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the customer experience.
  7. Assist in inventory management, including restocking, organizing, and maintaining product displays.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide expert advice to customers.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong sense of community within the store.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and loss prevention.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development, and share knowledge and skills with team members.
  13. Represent the Sephora brand and values at all times, both in-store and within the community.
