  • Lead and manage a team of beauty advisors to achieve sales and service goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer service experience
  • Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take necessary actions
  • Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for team members
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
  • Communicate effectively with upper management to report on team's performance and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales and service strategies
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operations and achieve overall company goals
  • Set and enforce high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service within the team.
