  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales and service associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  2. Develop strategies and tactics to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and customer service skills.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales and customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and new products to provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations to customers.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
  8. Handle escalated customer service issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  10. Develop and implement sales and service training programs for new and existing team members.
  11. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute sales and service strategies.
  12. Stay compliant with company policies and procedures.
  13. Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and driving sales.
  14. Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.

Job Qualifications
