  1. Create a welcoming and positive environment for clients entering the store
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets
  3. Train and develop team members on effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service
  4. Maintain a strong knowledge of products and trends in the beauty industry to assist clients and drive sales
  5. Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered by the team
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and they receive a personalized shopping experience
  8. Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the store is always well-stocked and organized
  9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
  10. Collaborate with other store leaders to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members
  13. Participate in recruitment and hiring of new team members
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
  15. Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
