As a leader in the beauty industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Drive sales by utilizing knowledge of beauty products and current trends to recommend and upsell products to customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and mutual respect among team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with store management to plan and execute promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Previous Sales And Customer Service Experience: A Successful Sales And Service Leader At Sephora Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Can Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates, Set Goals, And Provide Guidance And Support To Ensure Overall Team Success.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sales And Service Leader, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Customers And Team Members Is Crucial. This Includes Active Listening, Resolving Conflicts, And Providing Constructive Feedback.
Deep Knowledge Of Beauty Products And Trends: Sephora Prides Itself On Offering A Wide Range Of High-Quality Beauty Products. A Sales And Service Leader Must Have A Strong Understanding Of These Products, As Well As A Passion For The Beauty Industry And Staying Up-To-Date On The Latest Trends.
Flexibility And Adaptability: Working In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, A Sales And Service Leader Must Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations, Multitask, And Maintain Composure Under Pressure. This Role May Also Require Working Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays.
