  1. Lead and manage the sales and service team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase customer retention.
  3. Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  4. Monitor and track team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  5. Collaborate with other store leaders to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  6. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and products to effectively communicate and educate team members and customers.
  7. Create a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates team members to deliver exceptional service.
  8. Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain store standards and ensure all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  10. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales targets, promotions, and provide relevant training.
  11. Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  12. Collaborate with the store manager to create and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  13. Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales And Customer Service Experience: A Successful Sales And Service Leader At Sephora Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, As Well As Providing Exceptional Customer Service. This Experience Can Come From Previous Retail Or Sales Roles.

  • Knowledge Of Beauty And Makeup Products: Sephora Is A Beauty Retailer, So A Sales And Service Leader Should Have A Deep Understanding And Passion For Beauty And Makeup Products. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Brands, Ingredients, And Application Techniques.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Leader, A Sales And Service Leader Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Resolve Conflicts. Previous Experience In A Managerial Or Supervisory Role Is Preferred.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: A Sales And Service Leader Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers, Team Members, And Management. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Provide Clear Instructions, And Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism.
