As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also helping to drive sales and achieve business goals.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Sephora with a positive and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their beauty needs and inquiries.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sephora's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and product knowledge.
  5. Assist in driving sales by promoting and selling products, services, and promotions.
  6. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
  8. Ensure all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to provide an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  10. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining accurate product displays.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador for Sephora, representing our brand values and mission.
  12. Support management in administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
  13. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve customer service and sales processes.
  14. Stay updated on company policies and procedures and ensure they are consistently followed.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, And Have The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Sephora's Clients.

  • Sales Experience: Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In The Beauty Or Retail Industry, Is Required For This Role. The Candidate Should Be Able To Drive Sales And Meet Or Exceed Sales Targets.

  • Product Knowledge: A Deep Understanding And Passion For Beauty Products Is Essential. The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Knowledge Of Sephora's Product Offerings And Be Able To Recommend And Educate Customers On The Best Products For Their Needs.

  • Organizational Skills: The Sales And Service Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Managing Inventory, Scheduling Appointments, And Ensuring The Store Is Well-Stocked And Organized. Strong Organizational Skills Are Necessary To Excel In This Role.

  • Team Player: The Sales And Service Coordinator Will Work Closely With The Store Team, Including Other Sales Associates, Managers, And Beauty Advisors. The Candidate Should Be A Team Player And Have The Ability To Collaborate And Work Well With Others.
