  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the perfect beauty products and offering product recommendations.
  3. Actively listen to customers' needs and preferences to ensure a personalized shopping experience.
  4. Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to customers.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Sephora's products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  6. Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with products at all times.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store meets sales goals and provides a positive shopping experience for customers.

  • Knowledge Of Cosmetic And Beauty Industry: The Sales And Service Coordinator Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Cosmetic And Beauty Industry, Including Current Trends, Popular Products, And Competitor Offerings.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Liaison Between Customers And The Sephora Sales Team, The Coordinator Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Product Information, Answer Questions, And Resolve Customer Concerns.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: The Sales And Service Coordinator Must Have A Passion For Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Be Able To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.

  • Organizational And Multitasking Abilities: This Role Requires The Ability To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities, Such As Coordinating With Sales Associates, Managing Inventory, And Scheduling Appointments, While Maintaining A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
