  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
  2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new beauty trends and products.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  4. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking products, and conducting inventory counts.
  5. Collaborate with team members to create and execute strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and make personalized product recommendations to clients.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Ensure a clean and organized sales floor at all times.
  9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills by effectively conveying information to clients and team members.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  11. Act as a point of contact for other team members and assist with training new hires.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and service.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
  14. Utilize client information to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and represent the Sephora brand with enthusiasm and passion.

Job Qualifications
