  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with product recommendations, providing beauty tips and advice, and resolving any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Utilize sales expertise to drive business goals and meet sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting products and services.
  3. Act as a liaison between the store management team and sales associates by communicating sales goals, promotions, and other important information.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by Sephora and stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product launches.
  5. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, and share this knowledge with team members.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and make suggestions for improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
  7. Assist with inventory management by ensuring stock levels are maintained, and products are displayed and merchandised effectively.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring all customers feel valued and appreciated.
  9. Stay informed about current and upcoming promotions, events, and services, and actively promote these to customers.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are properly displayed and restocked.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, product returns, and customer confidentiality.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes and procedures, and provide feedback and suggestions to management.
  13. Demonstrate a strong passion for the beauty industry and actively share this passion with customers and team members.
  14. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining customer records, and processing transactions accurately.
  15. Act as a role model for other team members by consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service, sales, and communication skills.
