  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and assistance
  • Drive sales by promoting and selling products to customers
  • Coordinate daily operations, including managing inventory and stock levels, assisting with scheduling and staffing, and ensuring store cleanliness and organization
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist clients and promote products
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and cohesive work environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist in training and onboarding new team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies
  • Proactively seek out opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes

Job Qualifications
