Job Description

Welcome to Sephora, where we believe beauty is for all. We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Sales and Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales and Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and our sales goals are met. You will be responsible for coordinating daily store operations, training and mentoring our sales team, and developing strong relationships with our clients. We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, has excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Ensure all customers receive exceptional service by providing product knowledge, recommendations, and assistance with purchases.
  3. Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  4. Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  5. Monitor and track sales performance to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  7. Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product launches to effectively communicate and promote to customers.
  9. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to management on sales and customer service strategies.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and inventory, to ensure efficient store operations.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including customer service standards and code of conduct.
  13. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and meet and exceed sales targets.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Sephora's values and promoting a diverse and inclusive environment.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
