- Drive sales: The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by promoting products and services, upselling and cross-selling, and using effective sales techniques.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the beauty industry: This includes staying up-to-date on the latest trends, products, and techniques, and being able to provide expert recommendations and advice to customers.
- Maintain a fast-paced and efficient work environment: The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the store is well-stocked, organized, and presentable at all times to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Train and mentor team members: The Sales and Service Coordinator will assist in training and developing new team members to ensure they have a strong understanding of products, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints: The Sales and Service Coordinator will be the go-to person for addressing any customer concerns or complaints and ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and implement in-store events and promotions: The Sales and Service Coordinator will work closely with the store manager to plan and execute in-store events and promotions to drive sales and engage with customers.
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer data: The Sales and Service Coordinator will track and analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: The Sales and Service Coordinator will work closely with other departments such as marketing, inventory, and operations to ensure a seamless and successful customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures: The Sales and Service Coordinator will be responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service standards.
Strong Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Beauty Or Retail Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, As Well As Strong Product Knowledge.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: As A Sales And Service Coordinator, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Sephora Clients. This Includes Being Able To Anticipate And Meet Customer Needs, Resolving Any Issues Or Complaints, And Maintaining A Positive And Friendly Attitude At All Times.
Organizational And Time Management Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Effectively. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills And Be Able To Manage Their Time Efficiently To Meet Deadlines And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
Strong Communication Skills: The Sales And Service Coordinator Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Sephora Team Members. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
