Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the store by performing various tasks and duties as assigned.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and cleaning displays.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, conducting inventory counts, and identifying any discrepancies.
  7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and welcoming store environment.
  8. Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge of products and processes.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any customer or operational issues, escalating to management as needed.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  12. Perform opening and closing procedures as needed to ensure the store is ready for business.
  13. Assist with special projects and events as assigned by management.
  14. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the Sephora brand with pride.
  15. Uphold Sephora's values and mission to provide an inclusive and diverse environment for both customers and team members.
  16. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
