  1. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times.
  2. Coordinate and track product shipments to ensure timely delivery to stores.
  3. Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Implement and optimize processes to improve operational efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
  6. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments, including verifying and recording product information.
  8. Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards.
  9. Collaborate with store teams to fulfill and process online orders.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any operational issues or concerns.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Stay updated on company policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Sephora culture and promoting company values.
  14. Assist with other operational tasks and projects as needed.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and make suggestions for operational enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Operations Associates At Sephora Must Be Able To Efficiently Manage Multiple Tasks And Responsibilities While Ensuring Timely And Accurate Completion.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Processes And Procedures: Familiarity With Inventory Management, Shipping And Receiving, And Other Retail Operations Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: As An Operations Associate, You Will Be Responsible For Maintaining The Accuracy Of Inventory And Ensuring That All Products Are Properly Stocked And Displayed.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Management Is Essential In This Role, As You Will Be Collaborating With Various Departments To Ensure Smooth Operations.
