  1. Oversee and manage daily operations of the store, including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and scheduling.
  2. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times by maintaining company standards and following merchandising guidelines.
  3. Train and develop team members on proper operations procedures, including product knowledge, customer service, and safety protocols.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively to meet store goals and objectives.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or excesses to management to ensure the store has the necessary products to meet customer demands.
  6. Maintain and update all operational records, such as sales reports, inventory counts, and employee schedules.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  9. Anticipate and troubleshoot any potential operational issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them in a timely manner.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve store operations and suggest new ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times and act as a role model for team members by demonstrating excellent work ethic and customer service skills.
