  1. Ensure smooth operations of the store by maintaining organization and cleanliness of all areas.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by assisting with product recommendations, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Assist with inventory management by regularly restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
  4. Collaborate with team members to create an efficient and positive work environment.
  5. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in order to resolve any operational or customer service issues.
  6. Multitask effectively by juggling various tasks such as assisting customers, restocking shelves, and organizing inventory.
  7. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
  10. Actively seek out opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the overall operations of the store.
