  1. Welcome customers to Sephora and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of the Sephora brand and its products, and actively engage with customers to provide product recommendations and information.
  3. Execute daily operational tasks, including receiving and processing stock, merchandising products, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
  4. Collaborate with management and team members to ensure all operational processes and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.
  5. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with inventory management, including replenishment and returns.
  6. Utilize POS systems to process customer transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  7. Assist with the implementation of promotional events and displays, ensuring visual standards are met and maintained.
  8. Continuously seek ways to improve operational processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  10. Maintain a high level of knowledge about Sephora's products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and provide exceptional service.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and products to provide expert knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
