  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Sephora clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  2. Execute operational tasks such as store opening and closing procedures, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and accessible to customers.
  4. Demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of all Sephora products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  5. Collaborate with team members and management to effectively plan and execute store events and promotions.
  6. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  7. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  9. Demonstrate a strong understanding of inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert recommendations and advice to customers.
  11. Take initiative to resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in meetings, sharing ideas, and providing support to team members.
