  1. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees at all times.
  2. Conduct regular security checks and surveillance of the store premises to identify any potential risks or threats.
  3. Collaborate with store management and team members to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  4. Identify and investigate any suspicious activities or behaviors, and take appropriate action to prevent loss or theft.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all security incidents, reports, and investigations.
  6. Train store employees on loss prevention protocols and procedures, and monitor their compliance.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention to continually improve processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with customers and employees regarding safety and security protocols.
  9. Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams as needed for investigations and legal proceedings.
  10. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  11. Handle any emergency situations, such as medical or security incidents, in a calm and efficient manner.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and support to all individuals entering the store.

  • Knowledge Of Loss Prevention Techniques: A Qualified Loss Prevention Associate At Sephora Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Loss Prevention Techniques, Such As Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Control, And Floor Surveillance. This Knowledge Is Essential In Preventing Theft And Minimizing Loss For The Company.

  • Strong Attention To Detail: The Role Of A Loss Prevention Associate Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail, As They Are Responsible For Identifying And Investigating Potential Sources Of Loss. This Includes Reviewing Security Footage, Conducting Inventory Audits, And Identifying Patterns Of Theft Or Dishonesty.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Loss Prevention Associate, Effective Communication Is Essential.
