  1. Conduct regular surveillance of the store to identify any potential security risks or suspicious activity.
  2. Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify any potential theft or fraudulent behavior.
  3. Work closely with store management to develop and implement strategies to prevent loss and improve security measures.
  4. Conduct thorough investigations into any reported incidents of theft or other security concerns.
  5. Collaborate with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
  6. Train and educate store team members on security protocols and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular audits of inventory and cash handling procedures to ensure compliance.
  8. Maintain accurate records and reports of any security incidents or investigations.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with store team members and customers to foster a safe and secure environment.
  10. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
  11. Demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive situations.
  12. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including providing regular updates to store management and district loss prevention teams.
  13. Conduct regular physical security checks of the store, including alarm systems, locks, and other security measures.
  14. Act as a role model for ethical and responsible behavior within the store.
  15. Continuously assess and improve security protocols to ensure the safety and protection of employees and customers.
