  1. Greet and welcome customers to Sephora with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the beauty industry and Sephora's products to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  4. Assist customers in finding the right products for their individual needs and preferences.
  5. Educate customers on the proper use and application of products.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the display and stocking of products.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Sephora's point-of-sale system.
  8. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and techniques.
  9. Maintain a valid license in the beauty industry and adhere to all licensing regulations and guidelines.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive and cohesive work environment.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  12. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  13. Stay up-to-date on Sephora's policies, procedures, and promotions.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
