  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  2. Utilize knowledge and understanding of beauty products to make personalized recommendations and help clients find the perfect products for their needs.
  3. Demonstrate exceptional sales skills to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide the best possible service and advice to clients.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience.
  7. Educate clients on proper product usage and application techniques.
  8. Assist in inventory management and ordering of products.
  9. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continually enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
