- Engage with clients to understand their beauty concerns and offer personalized recommendations
- Demonstrate and educate clients on the proper use and benefits of various beauty products
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products to provide clients with the most current information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and testers
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Sephora's point-of-sale system
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to Sephora

Current State Cosmetology License: A Valid State Cosmetology License Is A Must-Have Qualification For A Licensed Beauty Advisor At Sephora. This Ensures That The Advisor Has Completed The Necessary Training And Education To Provide Professional Beauty Services To Clients.
Proven Experience In Beauty Industry: Sephora Seeks Candidates With A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In The Beauty Industry For The Position Of A Licensed Beauty Advisor. This Experience Can Be In A Similar Role Or As A Licensed Cosmetologist In A Salon Or Spa.
Knowledge Of Sephora Products And Brands: Sephora Carries A Wide Variety Of Beauty Products From Different Brands. A Licensed Beauty Advisor Should Have In-Depth Knowledge Of Sephora's Products And Brands To Assist Clients In Finding The Right Products For Their Needs.
