1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and offering personalized recommendations and advice.
2. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques in order to provide knowledgeable and accurate information to customers.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of skincare, hair care, and fragrance products and their benefits in order to help customers find the perfect products for their individual needs.
4. Utilize excellent makeup application skills to provide makeovers and tutorials for customers.
5. Act as a brand ambassador for Sephora by embodying the company's values and promoting its products and services.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including product displays and tester stations.
7. Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and in accordance with company policies.
8. Build and maintain relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals while providing top-notch service to customers.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive work environment.
11. Complete all required training and education programs to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
12. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and team members.
13. Actively participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and create a memorable shopping experience for customers.
14. Stay compliant with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
15. Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by store management.
